The smallest diameter is 0.3mm，the largest 16.0mm.

The minimum production quantity starts from 200kg.

How About The Quality?

Does Topone Wire supply samples?

We could offer a sample whose weight is less than 2KG for the test of our customers. The delivery date will be in 2 day. The express fee will be paid by our customer, it will take 3-5 days to make the sample arrive to our customer.

Where do you buy raw materials?

We buy raw materials from South Korea, Japan and China BAOSTEEL. We resolutely refuse to buy secondary raw materials from domestic small factories.

Does the material have full traceability?

Yes, all material has full traceability back to the primary source. All incoming material is visually inspected and PMI (Positive Material Inspected) tested before processing begins. All our production is checked during processing and at the completion stage for size, properties and appearance.

What will you do if your customers have problems while using your products?

We’ll deal with the problem according to the actual situation. If it’s our fault, we’re willing to compensate for all your loss.

Do you offer testing services?

TOPONEWIRE Wire supplies customers world wide, by road, air or sea freight. We can despatch using your courier / carrier account if you prefer. All products are packed suitably for transportation.

We’re willing to invest in technology and equipment, and we are also willing to hire relevant personnel to improve and guarantee the product quality and stability.

How About The Package And Delivery?

What is your standard despatch/lead time?

Typical manufacturing / despatch / lead times are around three working weeks after customers confirm with us. As to urgent orders, we’ll offer customers a reasonable delivery period and logistics solutions.

What if we never buy stainless steel wires from China before?

We can help you work out the corresponding logistics solutions. We may even deliver products directly to your company.

Will my order be suitably wrapped/packed for export?

All products are packed suitably for transportation via road, air or sea, see packaging information.

Can you supply neutral labels or labels with our company name?

Yes, please confirm on your enquiry and order. Special packaging to individual requirements may be available on request.

Yes. The weight of each product is included in the packing list. You can check any order any time you want. We guarantee the weight of each order is exact what you ask.

Do Topone Wire have stainless steel wire in stock?

Generally, we manufacture according to confirmatory requirements and offer customers a short delivery period. We’ll also manufacture some extra in stock for certain customers. You can ask for an inventory list if needed.

We fix the price based on the price of raw materials plus reasonable processing fee, tax and profit. The price of raw materials fluctuates with that of nickel on the internal market. Our customers will be the first to know the price adjustment.
