Ningbo Huayuan Metal manufactures high quality stainless steel cold heading Wires in Brand "Topone" diameters ranging from 0.80～16.00mm in annealed condition with various grades. Topone cold heading wires are manufactures as per JIS G4315, ASTM A493, GB/T 4232 and other equivalent international standards.

Material for manufacturing all kinds of fasterners like screws, bolts, nuts, rivets,nails,staples, pins and washers etc, widely used in automative industries, house hold appliances, aeronautics, building constructions.
Quality
Topone CHQ wires are free from surface imperfections like seam / crack and wire drawing defects such as scratches, die marks, heavy pitting, etc, thus ensuring high efficiency for cold heading process. And we are using coating salts and drawing lubricants from Germay Brand Traxit as well as Adeka from Japan.There is no hazardous coating or lubricant used. The selection of grade depends on the final application and type of products to be manufactured. We can also provide technical assistance to customers, in case of any difficulty..
